Course description

In summary this module will enable students to:

• Enhance clinical assessment skills in the poly trauma patient and develop their critical decision-making ability.
• Provide registered nurses with the essential specialist knowledge to manage the poly trauma patient.
• Provide registered nurses with the clinical skills and understanding of the associated risks and complications of these interventions and how to recognise and manage them.

Provide registered nurses with the ability and skills to critically evaluate and develop service provision to this group of patient.
